LAMB SOUP WITH DOCK AND GROATS

Preparation: 60 minutes

Lamb huslets;
1 carrot;
1 pepper;
1 onion;
Celery;
Dock-200 gr.
Olive oil-300gr.
A bunch of fresh onions
Groats 1 coffee cup
1 egg
Yogurt-3 teaspoons
Black pepper
Red pepper
Mint
Parsley
Salt

How to cook:

Pu the lamb in a deep saucepan and pour 2 l. cold water. After the meat boils, add the carrots in large pieces, the onion, the celery and the pepper. Cook to softness of the meat. Chop the lamb to small pieces. Fry the onion in the oil, add the dock. Add the red pepper and stir. Add the meat and the gravy, and the washed groats. Boil around 20 min. Add salt if needed. Add the egg and the yogurt and mix. Sprinkle with the parsley, mint and black pepper.

Cooking 50 min.
