THE MOST DELISIOUS FRUMENTY-BOILED WHEAT

Preparation: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

250 grams grunted wheat

100 grams sugar

50 grams raisins

50 grams dried cranberries (gives a pleasant slightly sour taste)

One teacup grinded walnuts

Grinded lemon core

A quarter teaspoon coriander-powdered

How to cook:

  1. Rinse the wheat and pour four teacups water and a pinch of salt.
  2. When it boils, turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool down and leave some water if you want. Mix all other products and serve.
