THE MOST DELISIOUS FRUMENTY-BOILED WHEAT
Preparation: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
250 grams grunted wheat
100 grams sugar
50 grams raisins
50 grams dried cranberries (gives a pleasant slightly sour taste)
One teacup grinded walnuts
Grinded lemon core
A quarter teaspoon coriander-powdered
How to cook:
- Rinse the wheat and pour four teacups water and a pinch of salt.
- When it boils, turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
- Cool down and leave some water if you want. Mix all other products and serve.
